I had a great time staying at this hotel. It was very clean and had all of the facilities that I needed. The location was perfect as it was right in the heart of the city centre and close to transportation. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always there to answer any questions I had and to provide great suggestions for things to do in this city.
No negatives from this hotel. The stay was perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

During my stay at Stay Boutique Avlabari, I was impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of the room. The balcony added a nice touch to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful lady who took care of everything. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the location was ideal, with the beautiful Trinity Church nearby.
Although the hotel had its drawbacks, such as a slight difficulty in finding the accommodation at early hours and the small size of the room, these were overshadowed by the positive aspects of our stay. I appreciate the effort made to address the inconvenience caused by the temporary power outage, which resulted in a bottle of wine and snacks being provided to us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tbilisi. The location was great, near the city center and just a short walk from the Avlabari Metro station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the views. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of salads prepared in authentic Georgian style.

The location is great, very close to the metro station and easy to reach many of the main attractions in the city. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. the staff was polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
there was no elevator in the building, making it difficult to bring our luggage upstairs.

We had a great city break in a small hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options to choose from. The staff was very polite and hospitable. The hotel's location was very convenient, with a nearby subway station and other key landmarks close by. The hotel's price was also great compared to other hotels in the area.
The cleaning and changing of towels/bedsheets could have been done more frequently. there were some noise and audibility issues that made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely private balcony where we could enjoy the view. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a nice area near the Avlabari Metro station and in the historic center of the city. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.
All aspects of our stay were great, no improvements needed.
